Malnutrition in Pakistan

Malnutrition in Pakistan; Pakistan's nutrient crisis

Pakistan has been reported to have one of the highest levels of prevalence of child malnutrition compared to other developing counties [12]. According to the National Nutrition Survey, 33%of all children were underweight, nearly 44% were stunted, 15% are wasted, 50% were anemic, and 33%were anemic (iron deficiency).

Clearly this has been going on for years, actually since Independence (1947). Malnutrition sources and Nutritionists report that this has been going on mostly in villages. Where most people don't have enough resources for Iron deficiency.

Malnutrition and what are it's causes;

Malnutrition, It's been going on since 1947 because of resource scarcity. Common micronutrient deficiencies include: a lack of iron, iodine, and vitamin A (Which are the effects of Malnutrition especially collected from villages in Pakistan. And in villages when a child is born it is most likely to have Malnutrition scarcity, and lower vitamins sadly.

Why is it caused, and how can it be treated?;

Sadly Malnutrition is a condition in which a person does not get enough nutrients for proper function of its body. This may be due to, if a person do not get enough food, or not eating enough food in right amount, or the body of a person is unable to utilise the food causing lack of proper nutrition. Treatment may involve: dietary changes, such as eating foods high in energy and nutrients. Meaning if you eat foods with high nutrients such as peanuts and even eat vegetables. Peanut butter and lightwoods help too but nuts and grains and taking vitamins of all sorts helps too.
